Tanja Davis, is originally from Germany, where she trained as a stud groom with a masters Degree in stud work and worked 9 years in an Equine Veterinary Practice before she moved to England.

Tanja has worked with horses for over 30 years before and while transitioning to full time photography.
Photography started off as a hobby, till she was recruited by Kevin Sparrow at a show one day and has been working as equestrian photographer ever since. She has worked at big shows including Regionals, Premier Leagues and National Championships for 12 years before she moved down to Devon in 2020.
Tanja has been working as the Grange photographer since December 2021 and you can find her at most competitions either in the arena or on the side catching the action. On dressage days Tanja tends to multitask in manning the doors, calling the competitors in, keeping hold of phones or whips while the riders do their tests or takes boots off in between taking pictures.
