Natasha Baker (Tash) has been the first aider at the Grange for several year. She comes from an equine background and achieved her BHS Stage 3 before changing career paths and joining the NHS, where she has worked for 23 years.

For the past eight years, she has been based in an acute hospital on a respiratory ward.
Following the Acquisition of The Grange by the Plaister Charity in November 2025, Tash started to work more part time hours to support the rather short handed team. She enjoyed it so much, soon after she decided to make the huge decision to come and join us full time as Assistant Manager, which we are very pleased about!
Outside of work, Tash enjoys the great outdoors, often walking her two spaniels with friends and family. She also owns two Highland ponies, which she loves hacking and competing.
